1. Load the devices page. (login with your subscribed account)

2. Click the device name to expand its settings

3. Slide the Algorithm Sensitivity slider to the level you wish to use.

   Less sensitive will produce fewer false positives, but may miss some things. More sensitive will produce more false positives, but will miss fewer things.

4. Click Save in the bottom right-hand corner.

   

5. Restart the device to have the new sensitivity setting take effect immediately. Otherwise it will take effect within a few minutes.

Changing rating sensitivity settings is not retroactive, since the rating occurs on the monitored device itself prior to sending the screenshots anywhere.
